FirstBarkVirginia is the best. I swear she casted a spell on my puppy. In one training session, Virginia helped me understand how to give more positive and effective training with my pup. So much so that my dog is calmer and more attentive in one day. Now after applying her principles and lessons over the past month. My dog listens, is not destructive and is overall calmer and happier. Thank you Virginia!

You want your dog to be calmer so you can enjoy yourself on walks or even off-leash hiking without feeling like your dog is trying to get away from you. And maybe you feel like your dog is just TOO much for your friends when they come over, and OH the jumping! Our mission is to provide the best quality dog training by devoting loads of time and attention to the pups in our care during their time with us all while providing you the training tools YOU need to succeed at home.

Our dog Barney loves Virginia. His behavior and manners improve every time he sees her. She has been an exceptional resource for training and advice. We didn’t know how much a well trained dog could improve our dog owning experience! Virginia is the best!

Virginia was knowledgeable, responsive, and adaptable to my needs. For the first training session we were able to do a virtual session and ask her a bunch of questions. She shared a lot of resources that were so beneficial for our french bulldog puppy. We then scheduled an in person training session at her house and it was great. Murphy, our frenchie, was able to play in her fenced in yard with multiple puppies and meet full grown dogs. Virginia took the time to allow us to ask questions, train us how to teach commands, and show us how she trains. She is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable on everything dog. I would highly recommend Virginia to any new or experienced dog owner!

Since I've started working from home with the whole quarantine, it's been more apparent than ever some of the behavioral issues I've needed to work on with my dog. She's a 3 year old border collie mix, so she's very protective of her space. Often barking at the neighbors in my apartment complex whenever there's the slightest disturbance. I also wanted to work on some leash/walking skills as I know she could be more well mannered on our walks as we walk by high value distractions. After an hour of training at my apartment both my dog and I were exhausted from training! We both learned so much. We've worked a little each day at what we learned with Virginia and I can honestly already see such a difference with my dog! So very pleased with our session!! Will definitely be using UCO for any training I need moving forward!
