I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, the road is owned by the person at the end of it and they refuse to maintain in and the residents in front of us have called the police on us for trying to fix it. If your dog was getting worse we would have gladly helped as our policy is to make sure everyone has contact information to be able to ask questions if something isn't working out right during the week and I don't remember you contacting me with problems. I have offered free classes to people if their dogs were having issues or even if they were not understanding the material so if you would have let me know that you were having problems I could have helped you.

Yes, I do run this business out of my old house. It is located behind a trailer park that I have no control over. I did spend 13 years of my life in the Marines and I do give back to the men and women who still serve, but that does not mean that I don't assist people that haven't served... My wife, who was the co-instructor for the vet tech courses for years at Coastal Carolina only teaches the handling portions of our classes and knows a very comparable amount to anyone in your vets office. We do train service dogs here. They start with the basics just like all dogs do. There is no difference between your dog learning how to sit and a dog who is going to learn how to detect a seizure how to sit just because one is currently wearing a vest. Again, no one is getting special treatment. In regards to the aggressive dogs, we state in our safety brief that there is no dog to dog contact. Every dog needs to get socialized and trained and if it was unsafe I personally would have removed the dog. Now, all that aside, we have a no refund policy after the second class. We always offer to help in any way to get the dogs trained so they can graduate but my wife, who does not get involved in refunds, would not have been dealing with this... I would have been. Any request for a refund or repeat in class would have to have gone though me as the trainer since she doesn't get involved with scheduling at all and if there was a cause for your concern I would have switched your class to accommodate you or refunded your money.
