Unmistaken Stars Farm Sanctuary and Dog Training

Andria is a wonderful trainer. As she says, her job is to train us to train our dogs. In our case we have 2 dogs with very different training needs. Ivy was a gregarious puppy but Covid made it difficult to socialize her and she became fearful of other dogs and people. Hugo is so at ease, he didn't feel the need to listen to us. Andria has helped us help our dogs be better versions of themselves. Ivy is at the point where she can be in a space with 5 or 6 other dogs and not be stressed. Hugo just passed the AKC Good Canine Citizen test. This is largely due to Andria's very skilled guidance along with her kind and positive style. We feel very fortunate to have found Unmistaken Stars!

Andria Young of Unmistaken Stars is amazing! Not only is she kind, caring and gentle but her knowledge is incredible as far as dealing with any doggie scenario. She not only properly and kindly assists in training the dogs, but she kindly and properly trains us dog owners too. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for puppy classes, intermediate or advanced classes, agility or tricks courses, or private training lessons. Andria is an exceptional professional and an even more exceptional human.

Andria Young is everything that I was hoping to find in a trainer for my puppy! We have participated in two group classes (Puppy Class and Intermediate Obedience) so far, and we’ll be back for more. Her positive approach and excellent ability to explain her methods is tremendously helpful. She gives us achievable goals to work for on each class, and tailors every lesson to my dog, as an individual. She is also available for one on one sessions should we require extra help. My puppy is becoming a mannerly, confident, well rounded guy, all thanks to Andria’s effective training.
