Michele is absolutely amazing! She has the knowledge, experience, tools, and resources that have truly helped my dog work through his behavior issues. When I first came to her, I was completely overwhelmed. My young Staffie, Rex, had become fear-aggressive toward both people and other animals. The basic training techniques I knew just weren’t enough especially since he would constantly redirect whenever we encountered his triggers on walks. Michele knew exactly what to do. From day one, she guided us through how people should (and shouldn’t) approach Rex, how to strengthen our relationship, and how to help him cope and make better choices. Rex still has a journey ahead of him, but thanks to Michele and her amazing team, he has come such a long way. What’s even more incredible is his relationship with Michele. For a dog who’s wary of new people and doesn’t like being touched, Rex has learned to trust Michele and now he absolutely LOVES her and greets her with so much joy and excitement (not a response he gives to many). I know dog training can be expensive but it’s so worth it. I PROMISE! I honestly can’t imagine raising my boy without her. She’s become an extended part of our family. I recommend 1,000%

I recently had my dog groomed by Desteni, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was top-notch—fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. My dog was completely at ease the whole time, which says a lot about Desteni’s calm and caring approach. She also had excellent communication throughout, letting me know exactly what to expect and how everything went. It’s clear she truly loves what she does. I’m beyond satisfied and won’t be taking my dog anywhere else. Highly recommend!
