Up N Atom is amazing! My 9-month-old Dachshund did the overnight boarding program and came back so well behaved! He learned to walk well on a leash, sit, down, and stay. He is now well socialized and plays well with other dogs. The boarding also helped with potty training as well. They took him swimming, had him on a treadmill, and took him to stores in order to socialize him. They took great care of my dog! Highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Up N Atom Dog Training highly enough! Our Samoyed puppy has been training with Up N Atom for the past five months, completing Puppy Preschool, Basic Training, and is now enrolled in Intermediate Training, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. The training is practical, engaging, and tailored to real-life situations rather than just practicing commands in a classroom. One of our favorite parts of the program is that the training goes far beyond the classroom. The field trips to local stores, parks, outdoor patios, and other dog-friendly facilities have given our puppy real-world experience that has built her confidence and taught her how to stay focused in distracting environments. Our puppy's growth and development has been incredible. We constantly receive compliments on how well-behaved she is, and it's especially noticeable when we're at local dog parks or out in public. Even compared with many well-trained adult dogs, her focus, responsiveness, and manners are exceptional. She remains calm around distractions, checks in with us consistently, and has learned how to interact appropriately with both people and other dogs. We were also amazed by how gentle, patient, and calm she was with our 2 year old niece - something we truly appreciate and credit to the solid foundation Up N Atom has helped us build. What really sets Up N Atom apart is how personalized the training is. They take the time to understand your goals and tailor their approach accordingly. Our goal is for our puppy to eventually become a hospital therapy/service dog, and they've been intentionally helping her develop the confidence, focus, and skills she'll need to succeed. We also love that they offer boarding at a very reasonable price. As two busy professionals who work long hours and occasionally travel for work, it's incredibly reassuring to know our puppy is staying with trainers she knows and trusts while continuing to reinforce her training. Shaina is an outstanding trainer and an incredible resource. Her years of experience in dog training, veterinary medicine, boarding, and rescue work are evident in every interaction. She's knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping every dog reach its full potential. We've also worked closely with Alicia in both private and group sessions, and she has been fantastic. She has an amazing ability to connect with dogs through play and relationship-building, and our puppy absolutely adores her. Her experience in training, rescue, and dog sports shines through in every lesson. We also have to give a huge thank you to Kayleigh, who has worked so hard with our puppy throughout her training. It's obvious how deeply she cares about every dog in the program. She brings such a positive, upbeat energy to the morning sessions, and our puppy is always excited to see her. Knowing she's in the hands of someone who genuinely loves what they do has made all the difference. Every trainer we've met at Up N Atom has been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in the success of both the dogs and their owners. We're so grateful for Up N Atom Dog Training! Shaina and Alicia are not only exceptional trainers but also genuinely wonderful people. My husband and I have learned so much from them, and they made the transition from having one dog to two a smooth, enjoyable, and positive experience. Both of our girls—and we—are better because of it! For our corgi, Penny, we completed the Puppy Preschool Day Training and the Basic Day Training Program. For corgi, Minnie, we enrolled in the Basic and Intermediate Day Training programs. We couldn't be happier with the results. We regularly receive compliments from friends, family, and even strangers on how well-behaved our dogs are. We've also taken advantage of Up N Atom's enrichment daycare, which our dogs absolutely love, and we've trusted Shaina with boarding three different times while we were out of town. Rio started with Shaina, Alicia, and team, in Puppy Preschool at just 3 months old. We’ve had a consistently positive experience with Up N Atom and plan to continue working with them as she grows. The level of behavior and understanding Rio has developed is honestly remarkable and a clear step above where we believe she would be without this training. She is loving, responsive, and highly attuned to what is being asked of her. She does well with both dogs and people. The difference in her obedience, confidence, and self-regulation has been significant. She listens off leash and looks to her handlers for direction. We feel much more equipped as owners because of the guidance from her trainers. Up N Atom helped with early socialization, set clear boundaries, and supported her through high anxiety and fears of traffic and loud noises. Their communication throughout has been incredibly valuable. Regular videos, texts, and in-person updates that helped us understand and stay engaged in her progress. Their approach is flexible and individualized, and the pricing feels very fair for the level of attention and care each dog receives. We also want to recognize how hard they work. They are managing multiple high-needs dogs while remaining consistently patient, professional, and genuinely gracious. We look forward to continuing with them for off-leash training, daycare, confidence-building, and enrichment activities that fit our active, intelligent Labrador. UpNAtom Dog Training facility is an amazing place! Both Shaina and Alicia are phenomenal trainers. Their love for all types of dogs is evident in how they work with them on a daily basis. Our dog, Jack Frost, is a very reactive one, yet Shaina was able to win his trust and become his best friend. He is now muzzle trained and able to walk the neighborhood without pulling on the leash. During our training with UpNAtom, we received many training videos and photos of them working with Jack. We also received homework guides to refresh our memory and provide us with some additional ideas for further training. Although Jack officially graduated from his 9-week training program, we plan on returning for Enrichment classes in the Fall. As we have learned, the training journey continues throughout the lifetime of our dog and it’s delightful to see how much Jack now loves it. Thank you!
