Up N Atom Dog Training and Daycare

We have worked with Dog Dynamix in Colorado before they were their own business so when we got a new rescue dog we knew we wanted to train and socialize her at Dog Dynamix! This is when we started working with Shaina, about 5 years ago. Shaina has a passion for helping people improve their relationships with their dogs. She's excellent at trouble shooting and making adjustments/suggestions when an initial method of training just isn't clicking with you or your dog. She doesn't just explain the "how" but also "why" the method works. We have also boarded our dogs for extended stays (while traveling internationally) and can leave town with no worries because I know Shaina will take care of our dogs as well as she does her own.

My dog Timmy and I have grown up with Shaina and Dog Dynamix. He went through the perfect puppy program with great success and then went on for support dog training when he was about 18 months old. It was really me who needed the training! :-) My goal was to be able to bring Timmy to the office with me daily without being a disruption to the other 11 people in my suite as well as others in our building. I am so pleased to say that Timmy is a wonderful companion, very poised at work, and my colleagues love him nearly as much as I do. This is true even for a few who haven't liked dogs in the past. You should also know Tim is the first dog I have every had in my long life. Shaina has made all the difference in helping me understand how dogs think and what my role is with my Timmy. I'm SO pleased with the results that I also took the Novice Rally class with Shaina and again I learned so much there. While we may not compete, I definitely will have fun with Timmy practicing all of the novice signs. I cannot say enough about the difference Shaina has made to my life by teaching me how to be a responsible dog owner while at the same time learning how much fun it is to have my Tim. Shaina is one of the best trainers I have ever met. She is a great teacher and is truly passionate about what she does. I had been training dogs professionally when I adopted my dog and soon realized I needed to learn more. Not only did she help my dog become a better version of himself, she also helped me become a better trainer and helped me get a dog training apprenticeship under her mentor. Everyone at Dog Dynamix is extremely knowledgeable and always put the dog’s best interest first. Taking classes with Shaina was one of the best decisions I ever made!
