Worst experience we had ! Dog learned nothing! They spend most of the time feeding your dog treats and talking. I've dealt with many trainers over the years and these IMO were the worst! I wasted my money! After the 3rd class we decided it was no longer worth our time! Not to mention the lady in the beginning was very rude and unpersonable. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! IMO ..my dog is now fully trained and doing well with a better service! This is just my opinion !

Our dog is not a fan of people he doesn't know (he bit our current vet the first time we went there). Lilly is an amazingly patient groomer and is so in tune with his body language that she's able to trim his fur and dremel his claws with no complaints from Coda. That's saying something!
I have a dog that DID NOT like her nails done. Upward Hound was able to take my fearful dog and get her to have her nails trimmed in 8 weeks by positive reinforcement training and now cand get her nails done. I won't use anyone but Lilly to do her nails now because hands down she is the best.
