Upward Hound Dog Training

We are currently doing Puppy Kindergarten and in just 2 classes (there will be 6 total) our rescue puppy has learned so much! We appreciate the format which includes elements of socialization (with other dogs as well as the humans that are present in the class) as well as direct instruction (both learning as well as applying the techniques and practicing them). We definitely plan to do the Puppy Intermediate class after we graduate from Kindergarten :)

We adopted a giant breed puppy from the shelter, and knowing she would grow to be stronger than us, she would need to be well-trained. Upward Hound was the perfect solution. It allowed her to socialize with other dogs and gave us the tools to continue working with her at home. She's done great at recall, isn't food aggressive or dog reactive, is kennel trained, potty trained and leash trained. She's a giant love bug and we couldn't have asked for a better training experience. Casey really does a great job of explaining dog behaviors and the reasons behind using the methods she teaches. I recommend her to everyone!
