We recently boarded our 1.5-year-old Aussie for 5 days — our first time ever. She's not very friendly with strangers or other dogs, so we were quite anxious. We had previously tried Rover.com and a typical boarding facility, but neither worked out. Since taking her on vacation wasn't an option, we decided to try Urban Dog House (training and dog care), and we're so glad we did!
We started with a trial day at daycare, and the team handled her beautifully. It was such a relief! During the boarding stay, they sent us photo and message updates every other day, which really put our minds at ease. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. Recommend!

Learn how to better understand your dog with Urban Dog House.
Just started to board and day-care my dog here, but so far all people I met are super!
Steve is one of the partners and a trainer and he is very clear in communication and knowledgeable. Explaining the different training collars and how they function was an eye opener.
