I would never bring my dogs back to Lynette's classes or any facility she works at. My high energy puppy came back from her boarding 15 lbs skinnier with prong collar scabs around her neck. Every time i spoke with an employee or the older office manager they didnt seem to have the time of day for me or the patience for my dog. Picking up my dog from day care i got the rudest greetings and was handed my dog over as if we WERENT PAYING YOU TO WATCH THEM. Told us not to bring the dog on monday because they would just crate her all day. Okay why have daycare offered on monday then? We were told our dog was "disruptive" while in daycare while they were ALSO trying to have training classes? We were told we didnt "pass" the intro class which was grossly overpriced for the physical in person time spent with a trainer. The virtual sessions were very limited, and focused on controlling your dog by choke collar. They force the use of choke collars not just for training but in boarding and daycare. They use fear based training and do not believe in treat training. Would never consider bringing my dogs back for daycare. Search on Rover and you can find and vet a committed dog care provider with much more respect for your and your pets. I hope Tap and Wag will not endorse this.

Valley View Canine is the only dog school I will attend. Lynette is a master trainer and uses praise-training instead of treat training, which is better for your relationship with your dog and for your dog's health. Every one of my dogs that I took to Valley View Canine became the most companionable well-behaved dogs ever. Her training regimen gets results. She teaches owners how to bridge the gap between how dig and human brains work. The prices are very reasonable and the results are obvious to everyone that comes in contact with my dogs. Thanks to Lynette I can take my dogs anywhere with confidence.
