Could not be happier with the job Valor did with our dog Hoosier. Truly a last chance for the dog after a couple of biting incidents. After a few weeks of Board and Train with Scott and the Valor team he came back well trained and the entire family knew how best to manage him to be an even more loving member of the family. Would trust the Valor team with any canine training need from basic to “last chance”.

Scott and the team did a wonderful job of training our dog Pippin. Scott is always willing to answer a question even a full year after our training was completed. The team is incredibly invested in making sure the training sticks and that owners understand how to reinforce the lessons taught. I would highly recommend using Valor Canine Services, especially if you have a dog that is a little unruly!

We received information about Valor from a friend who knows Scott and had sent their dogs to him. Our 1 year old pittie Rowan, although very sweet, has always been uneasy, and became reactive on the leash after being ran up on by several other dogs outside of our home. Scott never wavered in his patience with Rowan. He sent us daily updates with all the different things he was doing with her and the different situations he was putting her in. We were always amazed when we saw what she was accomplishing. His facilities are clean and he truly cares about the dogs he is working with. When we go back and rewatch the videos of Rowan's time with him, she gets excited when she hears his voice. Even though we are still working through some things with Rowan, Scott has allowed us to do that with clear communication. Rowan came home a completely different dog who has confidence and who now understands what we are asking her to do/not to do. We will definitely be recommending Scott to our friends and family and sending Rowan back for boarding and brush up training sessions...not that she will need them ;-)

Before working with Scott, we honestly didn’t know if we could handle Hank on our own. The difference after training is night and day—he’s now the dog we always knew he could be. We know Hank wasn’t easy, but Scott worked patiently with him and showed tremendous commitment to Hank’s success.
