Valor K9 Training

We brought our pandemic puppy in for training and socialization when he was 10 months old. Initially, he was wary of strangers and didn't know how to interact with other dogs. All the staff at Valor went above and beyond to help Milo become more social and accepting of people. Joanna had infinite patience with him during training, Ernie is a wealth of dog training knowledge and advice and Lisa takes great care of all the dogs. You can tell they are all passionate about what they do. Their main mission is to train and provide free medical service dogs to veterans and autistic and disabled children but honestly, they do so much more. My dog is still a work in progress but he has improved SO much thanks to everyone at Valor. We highly recommend them.

Valor K9 is an amazing place with amazing people. When we started training, our youngest of three was fearful of people and was really struggling. Our middle dog was a runner who would bolt anytime a door was opened, and our oldest would get overly excited and jump on people when she saw people she loved. Now, all three of our dogs have earned their AKC Canine Good Citizen Basics certificates and they are so well behaved and friendly with people and dogs. Our lives are forever changed by Ernie and his team. Even one of their younger trainers (volunteer?) is fantastic and capable of not only handling but helping train our dogs. We are so incredibly thankful and can’t recommend them enough!
