Venture K9

Through an unplanned twist of fate, my wife and I inherited a cute but feisty and untrained chihuahua/Australian Shepherd mix last year. Pepper is a rescue, and after 30+ years of marriage, she was also suddenly our first dog. We needed help, and soon booked sessions with Lily at Venture K9; her impact was immediate and positive. We are now able to travel and socialize with Pepper, and she has changed our lives for the better. This would not have happened without the expertise of Lily at Venture K9. We’ve been clients of Venture K9 since 2022. We have a now four year old german shepherd, and as first time GSD owners, we owe everything to Lilly and her training. She taught us how to be the best dog parents we can be, and also helped shape our dog with all of the guidance, obedience and boundaries he needs to live a healthy life. She gives so much wisdom for owning a dog over all, no matter the breed, that helped me feel like an even better pet parent. She’s always quick to respond, loves my dog as one of her own, and will do anything she can to help us, whether it’s boarding, repeat trainings, or even clipping his nails so he doesn’t have to get anxious at the vet. We owe so much of our success these past four years to Lilly and Venture K9!!
