The trainers have met my dog and I where we are at, with a willingness to take my dog and I’s skill level at face value without skepticism or desire to change the way my dog and I work together. Questions are answered with joy, and if a trainer doesn’t know the answer right away they are so good about asking their colleagues or getting back to you soon. You can tell that the owner of the facility has experience with all kinds of dogs, and she has advised us according to what she knows about dogs similar to ours. Their training format is not cookie-cutter or one size fits all. These trainers truly care about what works best for you and your dog. This type of culture has created a space where I feel like I can make mistakes, ask questions, and overall cultivate the best sporting relationship with my dog possible. If you are considering enrolling in classes at Versa, we would highly recommend you go for it. We have been so pleased with our experience and have looked forward to every opportunity to attend class, they are our favorite days. We’ve enrolled in multiple classes and we feel that they have all been more than worth the time and money.
