Our dog had been to another groomers that day where we were left unsatisfied since they lacked knowledge on how to handle a dog with anxiety. Viva K9 Training, Boarding and Grooming Center was started because of Hopey Milagros. This 3-legged german shepard is my pride and joy and because of what a wonder baby girl she turned out to be after I took the time to train and teach her exactly how I wanted her to be my love to animals just grew and grew each and everyday. Anything and evertything that is done at Viva K9 is and has been done to my own babies. My family is about 1000 fur babies because when they walk thru our doors they become family. God blessed us especially me with the ability to love, pamper and help as many fur babies as possible. We are truly blessed with our Viva Family. Dios los bendiga

Left my poodle in their Pet Hotel for a week. It was clean, and staff was attentive and caring. I received daily pics and some videos to see how he was doing. He was walked and played with at least twice a day. They even sent me a pic and text when he decided to roll in the dirt and get dirty. The person who texted me asked me not to worry because he would get a bath before I picked him up. I highly recommend Viva K9! Thank you Viva K9! You're the best!

I called to make an appointment to ask if my baby girl could get a bath one last time before I have to put her down tomorrow due to having open sores because of MastCell tumors and they said yes of course and they even gave it to me free of charge and it’s not the first time I come here and receive the best customer service but doing this for my baby girls last day here with us I will never forget ❤️ and I will continue to take my business to only them while I’m here in Eagle Pass Texas.
