Wag It Better Family Dog Training and Boutique

Carlile loved his time in the sit and play program. He and I both learned a ton. During his days at the S&P he would receive private training and enrichment and then spend time learning how to play with others, Human and dog alike! I also received videos of the training sessions so that I would have the knowledge to continue with his progress. We’ll continue taking classes now that he’s outgrown the S&P program! I now have a very well behaved 6 month old pupper!

Took the 6 week reactivity class with my pup (pup is going to be 4 this year)… he’s had some issues of being scared of everyone because of some incidents in the past when he was about 2 years old… Wasn’t really sure how much this class would help him since his triggers are usually people and dogs (will constantly bark at them if he sees them from inside my home). Now, I still don’t think I am ever going to be able to bring him to a busy dog park (we’re not sad about that at all, though) but he’s doing so much better—introduced him to a new person in my life and while he was skeptical, it wasn’t the intense, “I fear for my life” bark that he used to do.. once we sat down on the couch, fed him treats to show there was nothing to fear, all he wanted to do was cuddle with us.
