As a proud sister-in-law and longtime observer of the incredible work being done at Wag N Tails, I’ve had a front-row seat to the dedication and passion that Christine and her team pour into this business. My own dog, Jim, has been with them since he was a puppy, and the care he receives has been nothing short of exceptional. Christine is a force of nature—she eats, breathes, and lives dogs (seriously, her jeans are embroidered with dog heads—if that’s not commitment, I don’t know what is!). Beyond the grooming salon, she’s a highly respected trainer specializing in behavioral issues, aggression, and anxiety. I’ve watched her completely transform dogs who were once unable to live safely in family settings into calm, well-adjusted companions. Families who once considered rehoming their dogs are now enjoying peaceful homes, thanks to her gift. Her expertise has earned her local and national recognition—she's appeared on television, was selected out of thousands of applicants for The Blox, and is consistently praised by peers, clients, and even competitors. She runs a tight ship, holding her groomers and staff to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. Christine founded Wag N Tails over 20 years ago, and through every economic downturn, labor challenge, and cultural shift—including the chaos of COVID—she’s led with resilience, integrity, and grit. This business is truly her baby, and it shows in everything from how she treats clients to how she mentors her staff. We will not be taking our dog here for any further grooming services. My dog's last appointment was about a week ago. The groomer's greeting to my dog was less than ideal, and it's the first time my dog acted scared to go to the back. The groomer completely shaved his tail and the fur on his face is uneven and still in his eyes. I tried to call last week and share my concerns with an employee, but I still have not received a call back. My dog deserves better!

I highly recommend Wag n tails to anyone in need of a new dog groomer! I’ve struggled to find a place that has people I trust. Everyone with fur babies knows the struggle of finding a place that will take good care of your pets. The crew at Wag n tails has done an awesome job with both of my dogs, and my dogs are actually always excited to come back. The owner is very involved and I’ve met her on multiple occasions; she’s very kind. You can tell that all of the employees are motivated and enjoy taking care of animals. The grooming itself is the best I’ve ever had. My babies come out looking like show dogs! Love this place.

It’s taken me awhile to write this review because I truly loved Wag n Tails in the beginning. Havok’s first two groomers at Wag were nothing short of amazing and were very experienced. He came to them a bit nervous from past trauma at our local Petco grooming. They worked with him and within a few visits he loved coming to Wag. I was impressed with their dedication and communication. However after they left everything went downhill very quickly. I was told his new groomer, Jessica, was very experienced and while it might take him time to adjust, everything would be fine. That could not have been further from the truth. I picked Havok up and he looked so sad and was so nervous not to mention his haircut was horrendous. It took him a full day to get back to his normal self. Jessica was telling me how difficult he was to work with and even suggested he be put on Gabapentin. I was shocked to hear this as I know my boy and he is the sweetest dog with a very mild temper, he just gets a little nervous at the groomers and can be a little squirmy. She was pretty rude with her delivery and I just left with a bad vibe for the whole place after that. Everyone at Wag LOVED Havok before the turn over of the staff. We would walk in and they would all be so excited to see him. Not sure what is going on but it’s not the same place as it was a few years ago and I have not brought my dog back since.
