Wag n Tails Studio

We absolutely love wag n’ tails. Our dood always looks so good after his grooms, they inform you of anything odd they notice (ie. Ear infection), and they treat him well. We’ve had to have a different groomer a couple times, and no matter who we see, they do a great job. Highly recommend! Update 8/3/24: sad to have to lower my rating for wag n’ tails. We have been going to wag n’ tails now for 2.5 years. We’ve seen several groomers and ended up landing with one we loved. Unfortunately, that groomer had a medical emergency at the end of June. As a result, my appointment was simply canceled - totally understandable. After calling back, they were able to squeeze me in if I’d let my pup be groomed as part of an interview for a new groomer. Then, on 7/30, we get a voicemail stating our groomer will be out for the next 6 months, so my next appointment on 8/9 will be cancelled and they referred us out to another grooming company 🤯 we have a doodle and as many know, staying on schedule for grooms is super important and groomers book up months in advance. I’m sure Wag n’ Tails is in a tough spot losing a groomer, but I am disappointed they didn’t make any effort to try accommodate their regular customers. Like being offered another groomer at Wag n’ tails. Even if it didn’t work out, the effort/thought would’ve made all the difference. And now I’m scrambling to find a new groomer to squeeze us in.
