Wisconsin Academy for Graduate Service Dogs (WAGS) was founded in 1987 with a mission to increase independence and improve quality of life for people with physical disabilities through highly skilled service dogs. Today, WAGS continues that mission by providing service dogs, clinical therapy dogs, and support to individuals, organizations, and communities throughout the region.

I am wondering what Wags does with their trained or semi trained labs, yellow, that don't quite meet their standards? Years ago, we got a wonderful dog for my folks, in their 80's, who had raised labs over many years from Wags! We are looking!
Hi Mary, thank you for the kind words. We've placed many wonderful non-grads with families over the years. Covid has cut down on our puppy supply a great deal and we don't have any available right now. Take care.

My mom had ALS and my father had Lung Cancer...this dog was perfect for them! I have Fibromyalgia and my husband is recovering from Kidney cancer. We have a lot of love to share! We have a fenced in yard and live on a dead end street!

Wanted information. Called three times, left a message once, no response or callback for over 48 hours. Showed up, finally found the entrance which is on the side of the building, no one was there at 2:30pm, doors locked with lights on. Standing near front door I smelled dog poop. No thanks.
