FirstBarkRich and Carol are amazing at what they do. In my time volunteering in animal rescue, I have seen them take several dogs from being labeled reactive, fearful and unadoptable and bring them to being loved, happy and healthy family pets. They truly care about the dogs they work with. Nothing short of miracle workers!
