Terrible customer service
My active Australian shepherd LOVES the morning play and train group. Comes home very happy and fulfilled!
I paid $575 for a five session "Polite Pup Program" last fall for my golden retriever Conor. It was not worth the time or expense. I paid $575 for a five session "Polite Pup Program" last fall for my golden retriever Conor. It was not worth the time or expense. Of the 5 sessions, one is by Zoom, 2 are at your home, and 2 are with other dogs at the Salem location. I did not receive the final session at their site; instead, I received a text from Dan at 11:42am that he was arriving my house at 12noon, despite the fact that I was on my way to his facility. His contract requires a "72 hour notice for canceling any or all services for behavior training. There will be a $25.00 fee (per training session) for all or any appointments canceled within the above stated time frame." I did not receive the same courtesy.
