Walking Dog Training

Bethany at walking dog training is beyond amazing! She works on any trouble areas you are having with your dog and explains everything that she’s working on and why. My GSP, Maizey, has always been hyper and super reactive to people, dogs, cars, and other animals like squirrels. I thought that was normal, but it’s was difficult to enjoy going out with Maizey, which is something that I’ve always wanted to do. I’m just three days of her two week training, I saw a HUGE improved in her listening and behavior skills. Now I’m able to enjoy doing on walks with her in a populated area without her pulling on the leash or barking at other people and dog. And the best part is you get to see your dogs journey on social media and Bethany is always there, during and after your training, with whatever you need help with. I’m so grateful to Bethany for the amazing work she’s done with Maizey. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend her to help train your dog!

Bethany training our dog, Hodor, changed our lives. I have had dogs growing up, but I have never experienced a challenging dog like Hodor. He was full of crazy energy, getting into everything, pulling all over on our walks, jumping on people, grabbing things off counters, biting at his leash, tearing apart blankets, and just a constant stress in my life. I dreaded taking him for a walk because I had no idea what behavior I would get that day. Prior to Bethany, I attempted to put in the work and train him on my own but I felt lost, defeated, and like everything I was doing with him just wasn't working. I am SO happy that we found Bethany through social media. I loved being able to follow her and see how she was working with other dogs before reaching out about Hodor. While Hodor was with Bethany for two weeks it was so fun to follow along via Instagram and watch his transformation! Bethany was so communicative and I was blown away by Hodor's progress during our midway session. He was walking NEXT TO ME on a walk; something I used to dream about! After two weeks, I brought Hodor back home and my husband asked if I was sure I brought the right dog home because that is how much of change Hodor went through. I am no longer dreading our walks and we don't have to go on super long walks to try and wear him out. Instead of having to crate him most of the day to prevent him from getting into everything, we're now able to incorporate the place command to get him to relax outside of the crate. We're having off-leash fun and playing fetch in the park. I'm able to ask him to stay in a down while I walk down the drive way to take out the trash or pick up the mail. We have even been able to bring him with us to public places with plenty of distractions, something I never would have done before. Bethany allowed us to have a life with our dog, to learn how to communicate with our dog and to love our dog for who he is. She offers continual support and is always there to help if any questions pop up.
