Wallace K9 Training

We have been working with Jim, Chris, Dina and Denise for a year now with bootcamp, puppy class and now the Canine Good Citizen class. Jim is a master with reactive dogs and gentle with the even the goofiest dogs and youngest owners. Too many owners expect miracles from dog trainers and do not release that most of the work MUST be done by the owner themselves and not just at a class. Training must be consistent and done everyday by the owner, following through with what they learned in class. You won’t regret investing in classes and making time for boot camp when it comes to Wallace K9 Training.

Before enrolling in the eight-week course, the instructors promised to address the issues during puppy training, but this promise was not fulfilled. Despite paying a substantial amount for puppy classes, the instructors failed to deliver on their promises. I invested $300 in eight classes and attended 3. Despite this, the instructors retained all of the payment. The classes were held in a small room with a large group of dogs, primarily puppies, learning basically nothing just to sit. None of the issues I had with my puppy prior to signing up and discussed were addressed or even acknowledged. It is no surprise at the low rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for this establishment. It is difficult to comprehend how they are able to operate as a group class. My dog did not learn anything, and the experience was a waste of money, time, and gas. During each class, the instructor’s presence was limited to approximately three minutes with my dog just letting me know she was just being a puppy. The classes were essentially a gathering space for dogs to meet with no training individualized to the dog.
