Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns as we do take feedback like this seriously.<br><br>We do want to clarify that managing large groups of dogs safely does require staff to use clear, raised voices at times so they can be heard over the dogs and surrounding noise. This is a normal and necessary part of maintaining structure and safety in a daycare / boarding environment. That said, there is a big difference between purposeful communication and inappropriate yelling, and our team is trained to communicate with dogs in what should be a fair and structured way. <br><br>What you described is not the standard that we hold our team to, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure how we communicate with our dogs is fair. <br><br>Ellyn Smith<br>Training Coordinator / General Manager<br>[email protected]
