Gordon Webster is a dog trainer and behavior expert based in West Los Angeles. We use positive reinforcement dog Training techniques, which is a humane, reward-based training method used to build a relationship of trust and respect between you and your dog. These training methods are focused on not only training your dog, but teaching owners how to best communicate with their dogs. This method does not use using fear, submission and intimidation to obtain results. We work within a three mile radius of Venice California.

After struggling for two years with some of the basics, and finding no luck in the standard Google searches or YouTube watching we instead decided to go the training route. Having been recommended to Gordon via a fellow pet owner at our dog park, we started with the introductory meeting and saw signs right off the bat that this would be an option that proved successful. We are now in our fifth week of the program and couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only has our beloved Doberman made progress with his trouble areas, such as walking, reactivity to other dogs, and separation anxiety but, we as owners have also made great strides in learning how to understand and communicate with our pet. Our dog is happier and we are happier. In no way should anyone think training is an overnight solution. Gordon’s holistic approach is something that we will be able to carry on and work with for years to come. If you’ve been having frustrations and letting those get the better of your relationship with your pet, we would highly recommend considering Webster’s Dog Training.

I would highly recommend Gordon to anyone--he truly cares about dogs and loves what he does.

We are almost done with our five-week training program with Gordon and cannot even begin to express how amazing of an experience it has been working with him. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone in search of a dog trainer. Gordon is a great trainer and amazing person. He goes above and beyond what anyone would expect from a trainer. He makes himself available anytime we have questions for him and is truly passionate with his work. He has been amazing for our four-month-old puppy Brando. Brando and us have learned so much through this course and we can truly see such progress in our puppy. His training lessons are fun and what he teaches is so helpful for everyday life with your dog. We are truly thankful to have worked with Gordon and again would recommend him to anyone.
Gordon is a terrific trainer. He’s extremely knowledgeable and his methods are effective and easily implemented. He’s helped us get a better version of our pup, which makes us love her even more. Cannot recommend Webster’s Dog Training enough!
