West Palm Dog

I can’t say enough great things about West Palm dog! My dog, Benny, has been working with Marti and Ben for several months and it has made all the difference, our family has learned a lot. We will continue to come here for training and guidance. Marti and Ben are knowledgeable, patient, and really care about the dogs they work with. Our dog loves coming here and gets excited when we get in the car for his training class. They’re fantastic trainers!

West Palm Dog (Marti, Ben and the entire staff) is absolutely fabulous! I found West Palm Dog by sheer accident. We were looking to adopt after the loss of our elderly dog of 16.5 years, and I ran into a lady with her dog who was so well behaved and we started chatting. She shared that I must absolutely use West Palm Dog. Once we welcomed our sweet boy into our home, we knew the importance of training so I reached out. I was impressed with all the options for training and care for our new family member. We started with private training at West Palm Dog with Marti. She is so kind, intentional, warm, and passionate about the dogs and families she works with. We knew right away that we were in the right place. We quickly added doggie day care to our plan and like to send our dog at least one time a week. Though both my husband and I work from home, we are on calls most of the day, and we know that he will be exercised, socialized and loved while he is there. He comes home exhausted. Yesterday, my husband picked him up and after a few hellos Snickers, our pup, went and fell asleep. He slept for over 12 hours and woke up refreshed and ready to go this morning! On days of day care, we barely get into the driveway and he knows where we are. He is tail wagging, butt shaking, whining with excitement to see his care takers and friends. We also did the board and train while we went on a week long vacation. This gave Marti and Ben some extra time to help us refine some behaviors. We got photo and video updates the entire time he was in their care. He came to us more calm and with better listening ears. We still have to practice and reinforce as training is an on-going process, and can see doing some follow-up sessions with them at some point in the future. In the meantime, we continue to send Snickers for day care and boarding when we travel so he gets a vacation too! If you are looking for a safe, friendly, dog loving group of people to help you train your dog or to care for your dog while you are working or traveling, I definitely recommend using West Palm Dog!
