We were very pleased with the time that was taken to help us learn how to continue her good habits and work through the bad. I made an email inquiry to West Tennessee K9. I received a response from Ms Taylor in less than 10 minutes. Ms Taylor asked me questions to understand my expectations for Yadi, my chocolate lab puppy. From this conversation Ms Taylor gave me several training options as well as boarding options. Ms Taylor was very concise throughout the phone call and soon we had an agreement on pricing for the options we agreed best for Yadi. I brought Yadi to WK9 to train and board for the week. Ms Taylor met me at the door and we spoke again of our agreements. On a side note the facility was very clean and orderly. I left Yadi in the care of WK9. Nightly, Ms. Liz, the lady training Yadi emailed me a report card with pictures and a breakdown of that days training. During the week I felt comfortable to call with questions based on the the report card. On Friday prior to picking up Yadi Ms Liz walked Yadi through his exercises for me to observe. I took control of Yadi with Ms Liz giving me pointers and if need be, correcting me. Ms. Liz made sure I understood my role in Yadi's training with emphasis on patience. Like Ms Taylor, Ms. Liz was very kind. She answered all my questions and was earnest in her concern that the training not hurt Yadi in any manner. I cannot say enough to thank WK9 for their care of Yadi. These folks care for the pups!

I have a 1 year old American Bully that has aggression issues. I was a little reserved with how WTK9 would or would not be able to handle him. However, we had the best experience. This was his first consultation with a trainer and he did an awesome job. From the very beginning, to the end, the trainer did some observations and gave us practical tools to use for home. Very professional and the environment was clean and controlled. I would definitely suggest this location to anyone with an aggressive dog.
I have loved my experience with WTK9! The trainers did an amazing job with my large silly puppy, and he is a totally different dog! He's so happy to have a job, and clean communication, and they trained me and my fiancé as well!
