West Tennessee K9

Our experience with West TN K9 was amazing. We have a 1 year old Bernedoodle and wanted to have a dog that we could be enjoyable to be around both in and outside our home. We have completed the puppy session when she was 6 months old and just finished a 2 week session now that she is considered an adult. The staff is amazing. They communicate after every session with a report card. They also do an amazing job at teaching how and why they use the techniques for training. I love the brush up sessions that they offer after you have completed training. Thank you to West TN K9 for doing an amazing job at training not only my dog, but me.

When we pick Gertie up we could tell an immediate difference. We entrusted our fur baby to West Tennessee K-9 for two weeks and we were not disappointed. Gertie was adopted at 6 months old. Her first six months were on the street and it took her about 3 weeks to adjust to her new home. She is now 10 months and a very sweet dog, but anxious. Before West Tennessee K-9, Gertie did another training program with a national store. She learned basic manners, but had some issues their training did not help. Gertie led us on walks. She barked aggressively at dogs when we walk her. Many of these dogs are not leashed. West Tennessee K-9 gave us the tools so that Gertie now trusts us to control those situations with other dogs. We led her on walks instead of the other way around. We are still learning to use the tools - but it’s a MAJOR improvement. We received a report and photos everyday. West Tennessee K-9 was worth every penny.

We can't say enough good things about the folks and program at West Tennessee K9! Our 1 yr old Border Collie, Powder, just finished the 21 day board & train program. She started on a Saturday and her trainers recognized immediately that the program needed to be adjusted for Powder. Those changes really helped acclimate her to the new environment until the trainers felt she was ready to stay overnights. We looked forward to the daily report card, pictures and videos which kept us up-to-date on Powder's progress. At the go home session, we were given the tools and training to continue Powder's success at home and we look forward to the follow up sessions and the K9 katch ups. We highly recommend WTK9 to anyone in need of training for their dogs!

Terry at his team are amazing, kind, passionate, friendly, answered every question with such patience. The facility was clean and well organized. The staff we observed while there were smiling, helpful, great customer service. Our gentle giant, Baskerville completed the 5 day board and train. He is learned so much, manageable, listens so well, and big amazing personality is still so big! I would recommend to anyone! Thank you all!
