We make dog training simple and easy to understand. We handle a wide variety of dogs and problems, to include, puppy basic, general obedience, advanced obedience, Ecollar, off leash training, spereation anxiety, and more.
Our dog training program is based largely on structure and communication with your dog. We believe that a calm dog with good manners is a good dog. Your dog deserves to spend time with you.
Training your dog should not be a mystery. Our goal is to train your dog and equip you, the owner, with the knowledge and tools you need to keep your pup moving in the right direction.

The cat desensitization training and general obedience at home has been excellent after West Tennessee K9 worked with him. Atlas went for both the puppy and adult week long board and train sessions. He is a high energy German shepherd with a strong prey drive, and to see him co exist with the cats has been wonderful. The report card updates and pictures are appreciated for anxious puppy parents. We will definitely be taking advantage of their programs in the future.

Great shoutout to this fantastic team! After working with several other trainers and failing, the team at West K9 finally helped me dramatically improve my dog's reactivity to humans and reduce his anxiety. 100% recommended. Now, he has also been boarded there, and I can trust that he is in good hands.

Our lives are forever changed!! Our girls are amazing, always have been, but now they listen!!! As a new mom, i was really struggling trying to find the balance with two dogs that didn’t listen, and a baby. We hit our breaking point when the fighting between them started.
We’ve had them back for a week now, (we did two week - board & train) and it has been amazing. This has really helped the quality of not only our lives, but our two crazy girls!! My favorite part of this is that they still have their quirky personalities.
We cannot thank Chelsey enough for the amazing job she did!!!

Emily & the team has changed our lives. Emily was very communicative, responsive and transparent throughout his training. My dog makes you earn his trust, and Emily earned it very quick! He loves her so much, she’s literally like family. Seeing him light up when he sees her is confirmation he is in safe hands.
He now plays with other dogs, walks at my heel- no pulling or lunging, not barking at everybody, and can finally calmly be around other dogs. Our ultimate test was a vet visit and we just had a PEACEFUL, SUCCESSFUL VISIT 🥹👏🏽🙌🏽 every time I see his new behavior I just want to cry happy tears.
We went to petsmart, see the photos of how good of a boy he was. We go in public so much more, strangers approach him & rub him w/o him barking, weve gone to UPS, Shelby farms, farmers markets… he is SO GOOD now.
This is so important to me because in Texas another trainer said “this is just who he is, he’ll never be able to play with dogs and I’m not comfortable bringing him around other dogs” so I really had given up hope on him since he’s 7 yo. And we were just going to continue this stressful life together… until Marcus and his wife recommended this place with flying colors.
