Westinn Kennels - K9 Bed n' Breakfast

I don’t tend to do bad reviews but I do feel this experience warrants one . :/ Over the phone , they were very kind . I was excited to use the kennel but we will definitely not be going back. Both my dogs came home SO SICK and we never even got informed. They came home lethargic , diarrhea , and vomiting . Also, they completely messed their feedings up and only used ONE bag of food out of the THREE we carefully measured for our dogs in 8 days , and had instructions for food on one the bags ....but nothing was followed ; so the dogs were starving !! They also failed to tell us they developed diarrhea the last two days there . They were incredibly sick upon picking them up and now 6 days later are still very very sick and dehydrated . They didn’t tell us they were sick there until I called and asked and found out they’d been ill for two days . I also told them absolutely no blankets for one of our dogs who tends to chew on them and get impacted and found out they gave her a blanket first night that she chewed up . Also a very stressful drop off not allowing me out of my car, taking the dogs out of car before I could say goodbye and just how it was overall handled . Very stressful experience and honestly wouldn’t recommend .
