We want to thank Amanda for her wonderful work to help us solve the unpredictable and unacceptable behavior of our female Great Pyrenees / Husky dog. At about 2-3 years old, our dog Bailey had become difficult to handle with resource guarding in our home, and reactive behavior around other dogs in public. We were unable to manage these situations on our own, so we hired Amanda at Westward Hound to help. Amanda was very patient and knowledgable. Through our training sessions, we were taught how to identify the situations and triggers that set off Bailey and how to manage her stress to avoid problems. Bailey is a now a much better dog and we feel empowered to avoid problems in the future. We highly recommend Amanda’s dog training services!
