So happy with our experiences at WAGD in Richardson. Shelby, Our trainer for Manners 1, has been amazing. She is so patient with great methods based on positive reinforcement; she really understands dogs and shares great tips on how to help your dog learn good behavior. It's been amazing to see how much my dog Nora has improved in a short period of time; Shelby's methods have really improved home life for us and especially our other dog and 3 cats I was especially impressed with their approach to the COVID shutdown; offering online training and when they reopened their professional approach has really shown through. As always the facility is spotless, everyone is wearing masks, providing hand sanitizer and maintaining social distancing. It is apparent they really care about the health and safety of their clients.
