We have posted prices, we have highly trained staff, we have all of your records. YOU misunderstood the price for boarding. We took in your dog as a last minute request for boarding, housed and cared for the dog properly, and DISCOUNTED your rate just to move you along and show some compassion for your ignorance. Nonetheless, you see fit to bash a local business who served your needs, served your dog's needs. I believe you were simply looking for something for FREE. YOU wrongfully assumed the price for DAYCARE was our boarding rate. No staff would've told you the DAYCARE price for overnight boarding - even a first day employee, which was NOT who you made reservations with. I am very disappointed in the fact that you continue to edit and further try to create a false narrative and make libelous claims. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but FACTS are still facts. You are absolutely NOT representing the facts.//<br><br>This has been reported to Google as a false review.**<br><br>Sharik was well taken care of, you simply did not understand the billing amount. You were actually provided a discount because we were symapthetic to your misunderstanding the pricing structure that is clearly laid out and clearly explained when making a reservation. We would appreciate you removing your negative review, but will send it to Google along with your reservation agreement and your billing in hopes they will remove it either way. Safe travels.
