Yes they do. I would suggest calling them tomorrow morning to sign up for their beginners basic obedience class.

I will absolutely never board my dog here again and advise that you do not either. I called and left multiple voicemails requesting that they call me back so I could check on my Dutch Shepherd while out of town. I never received a call back and when I went to pick her up, they said that the phones ring at the other training location so they didn’t know I’d called. I asked if they had another number to call them directly
and they said there’s just one number. When she was brought out from the back, her tail was completely chewed down to the skin and she was actively bleeding from multiple locations. I went back to ask them about this and they said that she was just anxious. She has been boarded many times at other facilities without any issues at all. The staff there just said that they were understaffed and gave no other justification for why they did not call me to update me about her condition and ask how I would like to proceed. I would have driven back home if I had know that they did not have the staff available to care for the amount of dogs that they were boarding. It seems like at $270 for 6 nights that they could have at the very least given me a call or given some type of update

We have used them for training and boarding in the past and have been generally very satisfied until this now.
We did have an issue during boarding once and they took care of it.
Use them.

What a great group of trainers! They constantly keep us updated and are extremely professional in their training. We have had bad experiences with past boarding and training - we will always trust What's Up Dog from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
