Whispering Oaks AKC DOG TRAINING

Just wow! Nash, the leading trainer, did a fantastic job with Hunter. We are still shocked on how obedient he is now. Hunter overcame so many fears from being abused as a puppy and roaming the streets hungry to being adopted by us. He had additional major issues like not wanting to be on the leash and pulling me to the point of losing my balance. Forget it, if a squirrel went by or another dog. He was uncontrollable, I tried and tried doing my own training and all he could accomplish was sitting. If he got away, he would run away. But, his sweet nature stoled our hearts and we decided to invest in him. Boy, was it worth it. Not only is Hunter a very confident dog now, I barely feel him on the 1' leash. That's how close he walks next to me. He comes when called by name now, he lays down by command, does his business by command and is just a pleasure to have now. We get so many compliments. He still has a bit of an issue with chasing squirrels, but he always comes back. And as far as passing other dogs, he has come a long way and will continue to work with him on this. We are just grateful for Whispering Oaks AKC's training. Do not even think about, just do it. It Works!!

We recently visited the North Georgia Wildlife Park during our road trip, but discovered that dogs were not allowed, and they didn't offer kennel services. After calling four local boarding facilities that either had no availability or didn't accept larger dogs like our German Shepherd, Willow, we contacted Whispering Oaks AKC Dog Training. They went above and beyond to help us by boarding Willow for a few hours on very short notice. To our surprise and delight, they provided this service free of charge. Mike even wished us a 'Happy Thanksgiving,' which was a lovely touch. The facility was clean, with extensive outdoor runs, and the dogs were evidently well cared for. When we picked up Willow, she was happy, healthy, and had just been walked. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely top notch people to work with. The before, during, after, and follow up were the best customer service a person can expect. They truly want you to understand what you're getting and follow up as much as necessary to ensure you are a happy customer. My dog is amazing, a completely better animal in all ways. I am amazed at how much they could accomplish in just three short weeks. The expense is more than worth it for a well-mannered and expertly trained companion. I highly recommend them to everyone who will listen.

I absolutely love the team of people at Whispering Oaks. I left my puppy with them for 3 weeks and when I came back to pick her up she was a totally different puppy. I get so many compliments about Zoe’s behavior. Mike, Cara, and Nash were so helpful and 3 months later, I can still contact them and they never hesitate to answer and help. I’m so grateful for everything they did with Zoe and teaching us the proper way to train and handle our dog. Thank you Whispering Oaks, and thank you to Mike, Cara, and Nash !
