Whyte Dog Academy

We are certain Ms. Johnson left her review due to the unfortunate events this evening when her husband was denied boarding at our facility indefinitely. Prior to his drop off, multiple emails were sent reminding him we must have vaccine records, in accordance with the law, for his dog to be boarded. He failed to produce the records required, and subsequently made the unfortunate choice to have an outburst attempting to use intimidation and expletive language in our lobby against our staff. We refuse to break the law and business policies for anyone. Mr. Johnson was notified he is no longer welcome at Whyte Dog Academy. To address the claims in her review, our facility is on a strict schedule for flea prevention using Bug Zero. The last time Mr. Johnson boarded was November of 2023, it's hard to believe he had such a negative experience if he was desiring to use our accommodations almost a year later. As for the kennel cough, we were never once made aware of his circumstance, which is considered extremely irresponsible for a dog owner to not let a facility know so that we are able take the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the canine cold. We take our reviews very seriously and feel we must respond when someone intentionally and maliciously attempts to slander our business.
