If I could I would give this zero stars. I took my dog to the two week course here and our dog learned nothing that she advertised. When we originally brought him she promised a laundry list. We were obviously excited. Our main focuses were his biting, crate training, heel, and leash work. We reminded this at our consultation meeting. We should have seen the red flags early on but we already put the non refundable deposit and unfortunately kept going. At the first meeting she forgot what days our dog was supposed to start. In text she forgot everything I mentioned I wanted her to work on. When we came back after two weeks our dog had no obedience (other than what we already taught him) and had learned things we did not need work on! She did not teach him heel, he still barks in the crate, no leash work was EVER done, and his biting got even worse, so much so he started going for our faces. He even started peeing in the house again which we already trained him not to do. My dog is a large breed and she gave him an extra small body harness for walks!!! Then instead of teaching him leash training and to not bite she gives me a paper print out of how I should teach him! No communication was ever given either. Any time we talked I would reach out. She maybe sent me two pictures for the whole 2 weeks even thought she quote on quote “sends a lot of pictures” Just save your money and go somewhere else. The 1000 was not worth it at all. By the way she says there are no refunds for a reason!

I called to inquire about having my puppy board and train. I then received an email and was told that I needed to make a $100 deposit to reserve the dates I needed. So shame on me… I did. Then I received an email saying that she received my deposit and that we could schedule a meet and greet and reserve the dates I needed. So I called and left a message and I told Eva again what dates I needed. I didn’t hear back and finally sent an email stating that I hadn’t been contacted. I then receive an email back: Hi Kelly, I tried calling you twice but was sent to voice mail. I have reserved May 30th to June 13th for you and your pup. Any morning next week is good for the Meet and Greet. Just let me know what day and time works for you. Please bring proof of vaccination with you to the Meet and Greet or snap a picture of your most current records and either email or text them to me. Thank you, Eva Noble I never had a missed call or a voicemail. I called back and leave a message again to schedule a meet and greet and I finally got a call back. We schedule for a meet and greet for Thursday morning. Eva then asked me again if we have scheduled dates for my the board and train. So her tell her again what dates we had agreed on. I get a call stating that we need to reschedule because her husband has therapy and she wouldn’t be able to meet that day so, we scheduled for Friday at 10 am. Friday, I drive almost an hour to meet at 10am, where I pull up to their driveway and call and let her know I am there and Eva sounded very surprised I was there, told me she had to move dogs and her husband and I would have to wait a bit. For the next 40 mins I am still sitting in my vehicle outside of her house and she finally walks out of the gate and comes up to my car where. She tells me that she had came out on the front porch a few times and I just didn’t see her and she had called me and I never had missed calls from her. I think get invited to sit on her front porch and discuss what I need my puppy to work on. Eva, then ask me again if we had scheduled dates for my dog to board and train. It was very uncomfortable. I wasn’t invited to see where the puppy would be staying or sleeping or the “classroom”. She seemed very overwhelmed with her husband and his condition and his therapies. It’s a-shame that I was asked to put $100 down as a deposit before a meet and greet. Now I’m out $100 for the deposit. Because there is no way I would feel comfortable leaving my puppy there. I would be very worried the whole time if my puppy were to stay with Eva at Wiggle Butt’s Academy. She seemed very absent minded the whole time we were talking and it was so awkward.
