What age should I start training?
We recommend starting some sort of training as soon as your get your dog in order to promote good habits, a healthy relationship, and decrease likelihood of learning things we dont want! Puppies can start lessons as soon as 8 weeks old, and our Puppy board and train starts as young as 12 weeks! Older dog's benefit from training just as much! The oldest we have trained is 13 years old

Hanna is truly gifted and helped us to understand how to work with our red heeler problem child. She was acting out, being aggressive, and didn’t understand boundaries or human expectations. As a rescue with a bad history, we knew she needed extra help, and Hanna was the answer. Our Sweetie has gone from a “red terror” to a dog everyone admires at the park! We could have never come this far without you Hanna! I would recommend anyone considering professional training to at least have an introduction meeting with her. You will see her passion and knowledge is unmatched. Thank you for everything. See you at the next pack walk!
WAH is amazing!!! We got a puppy for Christmas and he was wild. We immediately did a 2 week training and he came back so well behaved. They also did 3 training sessions with us and we learned how to train him. I highly recommend WAH for training! They are the best!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about WAH Canine Academy. They are the absolute best. I immediately felt comfortable with Alyssa and Moose adores her. We went to them when Moose was a puppy and did their hybrid program. With Moose being a bully mix, I knew I needed to set him up for success with training. Moose has learned so much from Alyssa and Hanna. And probably more importantly, they’ve taught me how to be better for Moose. Moose loves to train now and is eager to learn. To continue his training, I enrolled him in day school with Hanna. I think those are his favorite days of the week! I’m so happy we found WAH and I would highly recommend them for all your dog training needs.
My puppy, Ginger loves going to Wild at Heart and so do I. I’m so glad she gets continued training along with play time with her buddies. The trainers are so knowledgeable and always willing to offer tips and words of wisdom. ❤️🐶
