Wildcard Canine

We had the pleasure of meeting Anna over a year ago when we placed duck in her board and train. She did amazing work with Duck in learning to cap his energy, obey with only commands and stayed the loving sweet dog he is. Since then we have used wild card canine services any time we had to go out of town. They love and take care of our dogs just as if they are her own! I will never take them anywhere else and highly recommend them. I have a yellow lab and a Aussie doodle who love Anna and her staff. They have a passion for what they do and that speaks volumes !

Training - 5 stars, Boarding - no stars. Training - basic obedience class was very good; I mainly wanted to work on aggression & reactivity (adult rescue dog), but that wasn't part of the class...trainer was afraid of getting bitten. Paid for a private session with Anna, which was helpful. Time and conditioning calmed him down a lot. Boarding -- probably fine if your dog is used to being in a large, noisy room filled with cages and other dogs, and if dog is young and active. For our adult and senior dog, it was not very good. They are house pets. The older one was traumatized -- we came back a day early fortunately, because she had thrashed on the cement floor so much she had an open wound. Hair was terribly matted on one side. We were still charged the full amount, so we were not very happy. No, I will never board here again, just train.
