After Christine was recommended to our rescue organization with the words "She is the most wonderful dog trainer. She helped us understand the needs of our recently adopted dog and how to meet them", we were thrilled to learn that Christine interested in helping us with some hard-to-adopt cases. So far she guided us and gave her advice for dogs with reactivity towards other dogs, extremely fearful dogs, separation anxiety, resource and food guarding and overall management in how to make our lovely puppers feel safe. We are so grateful to be able to get her advice whenever we have a dog in our facility that has special behavioral needs. She proofed to adapt her training philosophies to the shelter environment or to environments in foster/adopter homes with zero to six other dogs. Of course, not everything is implementable the same way and Christine hass always found the best solutions. She works force free and with oh so much empathy for the dog's situation! Thanks to her many fosters have started to see the dog's world from its perspective and were quite literally mind blown by those new realizations. Christine works solely force free and she will provide an abundance of information in and after (or even before) the session on the topics the dog and owner are working on. She will help you understand your dog's body language, set up a safe space for your dog(s) and show you which useful commands to teach your dog to keep it safe - which are essential to actually address and resolve an issue longterm. We couldn't feel more blessed to got to know her and we feel honored to have such a wonderful empathetic dog trainer by our side! Christine is a wonderful trainer and very thoughtful person. She has been so attentive to our needs in sessions and more importantly the needs of Morphe! We adopted him in rough shape with some serious reactivity issues. It’s still a work in progress, but we continue to make huge strides through our sessions with Christine. She also works closely with our vet to help inform the best all-round care plan for his needs and has greatly improved his quality of life. I’m so grateful we started working with her and can’t recommend her enough.
