Nancy is amazing! Her experience, knowledge and compassion in helping us with our boys was way beyond our expectations. One of the many things we learned is to NOT wait too long to try and fix aggressive behavior. Nancy took the time to truly listen to our boy's aggression issues and helped us apply her proven techniques to get them back together. It is a process, one that cannot be rushed. There are many pet behaviorists out there but I believe once you speak to Nancy, you will notice the difference between her and the others. You will not regret working with Nancy. The investment in your pet kids is worth it!

My dog loved to sit in front of me during my chill TV time in the evening and bark at me, no clue why, she had been fed, walked, pet, loved ect.! She would just sit and bark at me, a 30 min DVR'd show would at times take over 45 min b/c I was stopping the show to 1) hear & 2) try to figure out what PUP wanted. Regardless of what I did she would wait for show to start and then 'bark bark' wait 'bark bark' . After meeting with Nancy my barking problems for TV time were immediately solved... That night I implemented her suggestions and got to watch my show. My pup had other barking issues we discussed which are down now about 95% solved. This after less then 2 weeks. I saw an immediate improvement after implementing Nancy's suggestions THAT DAY!!!

We purchased a French Bulldog puppy for my son for Christmas and the experience was NOT what we expected. This puppy was fearful and had separation anxiety. We tried obedience classes, but that was not the issue. My vet gave recommendations for medicating our dog Winston, but I knew there was much more. We met Nancy and she has changed EVERYTHING. I was ready to return the puppy to the breeder and give up, but with just ONE meeting with Nancy, we have a happy puppy that is now thriving. We have not needed to use any chemicals/medications at all. I am so thankful we found Nancy!

Nancy Williams, what a fortunate find! I had only worked with one other trainer before and that was not a good experience for me, so I was sceptical when my vet recommended working with a trainer and suggested Nancy. However, with the first phone conversation, I knew she was different. Beginning with the paperwork, she customized it to meet the needs of my dog's concerns. Nancy worked directly with my vet as well. Nancy also suggested that I work on ruling out any physical possibilities first, rather than just diving in with her. She truly put my guy and me first before herself/her business. I really appreciated how available Nancy was via phone and email. When she saw a video of my guy during one of his situations/concerns, she immediately adjusted her schedule in order to fit us in more quickly.
