Willow Creek Dog Training LLC

We have a mini golden doodle puppy who was happily running our lives and leaving bite marks on everything including my husband and I! We chose to have individual lessons in our home. Her first time here Bailee had our doodle listening and behaving. We learned it was as much our learning and practicing as it was the puppy’s. After just a few lessons she is well on her way to being a well mannered pup! Bailee is the puppy whisperer for sure!

So We just want to thank you once again for the wonderful experience we had in your training program, the result of which has changed our life with Mikee. We have made regular efforts to follow the guidelines you have given us and Mikee is developing into a rather well behaved puppy. The e-collar training has been a blessing and we place it on him consistently and he most often responds to "Mikee, here!" obediently. So within about 3 weeks after training we could walk him freely on our trails without the leash and he continually came when called. Sean has even been taking him out into the field to point pheasant.    We had gated him in the foyer/kitchen area since we first got him so when the boundary was removed it didn't take but one, three hour session to train him to go no further than where the gate had been. I had mentioned on the final day of training that I would write a review for you and the following is just that. We want everyone to know how beneficial your training is and that it completely changed the "chaotic atmosphere of our house with MIkee" around. Thank you, thank you, thank you! REVIEW : Although this review comes 2 months since we completed our 1st Willow Creek Dog Training course with our 5 month old German Shorthair Pointer, Mikee, it is our pleasure to give “Willow Creek Dog Training” immense credit for the precious puppy we enjoy hour by hour today. They were recommended to us as the best and now we know why. We started with a very healthy rambunctious puppy who was compelled to jump up on everyone and eager to play especially with the other 10 dogs in the group session. But with loving, encouraging, assured manner and excellent thorough presentations we were taught how to be the leader of our pack of one. Mikee learned to sit for everything to communicate his need to go out, please open the door, pet me, I would also like a piece of ice, play fetch with me, heel, sit, down, stay, wait, come and much more. We began with anxiety and finished with peace and confidence knowing we finally had control of our non-stop puppy because we were following the training advice given to us from day one to the end of the 5 week session and every day since. Especially after our 3 hours training to use an e-collar, our puppy is free to be who he was meant to be… run like crazy, and point birds like he was bred to.  Now, 7 months old, we laughingly call him “a real dog” because he comes when called and lays around like a very content adult dog.
