We took our dog for an assessment and we wanted to have A retriever advanced class done. Fred the owner gave us two birds to take home to play fetch with our dog he said call us in two weeks. It’s been more than two weeks now I called several time left messages talk to receptionist nobody can give me a straight answer about my dog. I had Faith in this place but poor communication misunderstanding on their side led me to write a reviewAbout this place. I believed in Fred and his training ability I was referred to him by someone but i was wrong I can’t even get a call back to see when I bring my dog back for training. With this kind of Communication’s I don’t recommend this place.

Sent my lab puppy for a month of obedience and intro to bird hunting. He had been having some confidence issues after an incident with the neighbor dog when he was only about 16 weeks old. Fred and his crew did a great job of getting him back on track. He's a confident, happy puppy again! He will be going back after he grows up a bit more. Update: Fred and his guys have made Boomer a bird finding machine. It's so much fun watching him work that I almost forget to shoot the bird when he flushes it. They brought out the best in a dog that had a lot of natural ability but the attention span of a gnat. He's not only a fantastic bird dog, but a great family dog as well due to the obedience training he got at Wing and Shot. We still send him for boarding and add in some refresher training while he's there. I've recommended many people to him and the one's that have used him have also been very happy.
