FirstBarkCarlos is great! My family has worked with him in the past and I had my first session with him a bit ago. My dog already has better leash manners! As long as you follow through and stay consistent with your dog, Carlos’ training will pay off big time. He is patient and anticipates both you and your dog’s needs. I don’t live in town but hope to have another session every time I visit home!

Carlos is simply THE BEST!!!! The dedication and passion that Carlos has for the dogs, his level of experience and patience is hard to find. He truly cares and produces amazing results. We rescued our dog Tank when he was about one year old. We realized very quickly that he had terrible car anxiety…getting him in the car home from the shelter was a traumatic experience for all of us! We reached out to Carlos when Tank was about 2 years old and 95 pounds because we realized that we really needed some help to get this fear under control. After one training session with Carlos, we were able to get Tank in the car successfully! Hamburgers and a lot of positive praise definitely helped, but having Carlos walk us through some simple techniques was a lifesaver! Six weeks later, Tank runs to jump in the car excitedly and loves going for rides! We’re so excited to see what else our pup can achieve after being guided by Carlos on some small adjustments in our approach. Highly recommended!!!
I took my puppy, Shelby, to Carlos to help train her for therapy dog work. I can't recommend Carlos more highly. He is such a wonderful, patient person who taught me so much while training Shelby and preparing her for her ATD observations. In addition, Carlos is truly just a phenomenal person with a very big heart and a true love of animals.
Working with Carlos has given us the confidence to successfully work with our 100lb XXL Bully. We cannot recommend Carlos enough! If you are at the point where you think there is no hope and you are crying every night telling yourself there is no way I can do this anymore.....please call Carlos.
