We recently purchased a Springer Spaniel puppy from woodland kennels. Dealing with Geoff and Dana was such a pleasure. We absolutely love our puppy and couldn’t be happier. He is healthy and super athletic. The videos provided for house training were very helpful. Geoff is a nationally known trainer and I look forward to him training our dog in obedience and upland game hunting.

I highly recommend Woodland Kennel! I got my black lab Paige from Geoff and his family 10 years ago. Thanks to Geoff's outstanding breeding program and proven training techniques, Paige is a bold, confident upland superstar. While Paige is a highly driven hunter, she has a soft, sweet side as well. When she's not with in the field with me, she can be found in our local hospital visiting patients as a much loved therapy dog. We have had an excellent experience with Woodland Kennel where we picked up our black lab puppy just this August. Prior to our meeting and picking up our pup, Geoff was very informative via our email/phone conversations so we would know exactly what to expect. On pick-up day, Geoff and Dana were both available to answer any of our questions and even gave us access to their online courses with best tips and tricks to quickly housebreak our puppy. Geoff and Dana are two of the nicest people, are amazing at their craft, and clearly have so much love and passion for what they do. We just dropped off our puppy Bessie for training this week and know that she is with the BEST! Thank you Woodland Kennel for finding us our amazing dog!

Have had two spaniels trained by Woodland Kennel. Macie, my first ESS, bred and trained by Geoff English is an absolute rock star on every possible game bird and a total sweeheart in the house. Best hunting dog I've ever had. She never fails to impress in the field, is rock solid in a duck blind and at seven years old still has the drive of a two year old. Recently picked up 8 month old puppy Sophie from a few weeks of training at Woodland and from what I see so far she's gonna be just as good. Geoff is very methodical and meticulous in his training, provides constructive feedback and tasks to work on with explanatory videos starring your own pup! I don't know another trainer who does that. Also readily available for follow up questions once your puppy comes home which I definitely appreciate. Highly recommend Woodland Kennel if you're looking for a top notch breeder/trainer of gun dogs.
