Woof Houze: Rewilded Wellness Center

Thank you for your review. This is one area of the service & customer service industry that pains us as professionals. People such as yourself can go on a public platform to try to harm the reputation of a hard-working an upstanding business of the community.You contacted Woof Houze a few months ago regarding your dog who is aggressive towards others. You wanted him to be better before an event you had with him. After an evaluation it was determined that due to lack of socialization, canine confidence, and knowledge of you the pet parent you needed a particular training program.You elected to go forward with six sessions which at that time we told you that would not be enough to work with the behavior modification needs. These things take time and that time is based off the growth of the canine and not when you feel it should be fixed. We went above and beyond to work with your budget by reducing our price, talking with you late hours of the night which is why we are very surprised to even see this from you as a customer. We feel you are disappointed that you did not receive exactly what you felt you should have in the time allotted. You wanted us to move at a rapid pace but you need to understand as we shared when it comes to dog on dog aggression this is something that can’t be rushed. You’re correct in stating that we owe you one remaining session but you have yet to go onto our online portal like every other client to schedule your final session. We have asked that of you multiple times. As for cancellations you are correct in stating that there were 2 cancellations due to weather restrictions and working outdoors with you and your dog. We asked your opinion and if you preferred to wait and you stated yes. Our goal was to encounter other dogs during our walks which thunderstorms make that very difficult. We have never canceled on you due to lack of unavailability of the service but it was because we wanted to ensure that the session was effective for you and Quincy. As far as the Canine described in regards to her having an injury yes that is correct she was paired based off of her temperament & skill level to help your dog to be better with introductions. At the time that we were scheduled for her to come to one session she had an injury and we are not going to put that canine in position while they are vulnerable & in pain to meet a new dog that doesn’t have any idea how to do that properly. You’re asking for problems & a possible fight if that were to take place. we kept our word in introducing Quincy to that canine & we ensured that we did our best in showing you proper dog communication in getting Quincy to understand that he did not have to be fearful of every dog he seen. There was much success to that fifth session and we even added an additional 30mins to that day. During the session which was very successful you gained a better understanding of your your dogs communication with other dogs. He was in the room on and off leash with our canine and you were so happy with what you learned that day. So we just stand so confused as to how our service was disappointing to you. As you stated you learned additional things such as the importance of body communication & proper leash walking in which you were also successful. You didn’t have any type of bond with Quincy when you began attending sessions with Woof Houze & we showed you the importance of teamwork and what training can do for your bond with your dog. You were also pleased with that. To say that we have been unavailable in being reached you are correct because you send messages at all hours of the night when it is time for us to be with our families. You have access to your online communication portal where you can schedule appointments. We provided the dates and time frames for the type of session you have remaining & you have not scheduled it yet. We hope that you can step outside of your personal feelings & provide truth to this false review as we take pride our service that is safe & positive.

You guys absolutely ROCK! The amazing Ace. Such a high energy pup with tons of tenacity and personality. We appreciate your family always being helpful during events as well as embracing the training to do whatever was needed to ensure Ace was successful. The journey has been amazing, looking forward to seeing you guys again soon.
