Woof Houze: Rewilded Wellness Center

Adia is awesome to work with! I have a German Shepherd pup and was interested in transitioning to a raw fed diet as I was concerned about her low weight and stool. Since day 1, Adia has shared advice and resources so that we could begin this transition successfully. I am confident in this plan and couldn't thank Adia enough!! Without her, I'd still be debating on this change. Outside of the diet, she has also helped me as far as my concerns for conditions such as hip dysplasia. My pup loves her massages. We are a happy family!!

Where do I start. I’ve been dealing with my 2 year old GSD mix Charlie and his lack of obedience, leash reactivity and what seemed to be aggression to other dogs. Charlie is a rescue who stole my heart but honestly it’s been a nightmare trying to train him. I was referred to Adia and Woof Houze because I really wanted a true positive reinforcement trainer. Now don’t get me wrong there are several so called good places around here but I wasn’t too thrilled at their methods. Such as e-collar, choke or that crazy board and training. Who just leaves their dog with strangers for two weeks??!! I wanted to be a part of the process and understand my pup. From the first phone encounter to the in home evaluation Adia was prompt, professional and excited at the thought of working together. Charlie is skiddish but he took to Adia almost immediately. I truly admired how she was with him and his response to her. I envied it and wanted that for Charlie and myself. Adia was thorough in explaining her approach being 100% positive no inhumane methods. She told me her job was to train me lol and to help me to understand Charlie. And boy did she do that! With homework, her videos and her answering my calls/texts late at night when I’m panicked she always showed up for us. Down to helping us transition to raw feeding. It’s been a little over a month and Charlie is obedient, has manners, comes when called and get this has a dog walking buddy Zoe. We are not where we want to be just yet, but I must say we’ve come a long way. I had no idea how great things could be as Adia would say it “on both ends of the leash” sorry for my long rant but if you’re looking for a canine coach (dog trainer) please give Woof Houze a chance. They truly care about the process and ensuring that you and your pup are happy. Charlie and I are looking forward to the next few months with Woof Houze on our journey of learning one another.

All I have to say is if you want someone that can help you achieve your goals with your dog, YOU HAVE FOUND IT! My girl (German Shepherd) was walking me, lunging at other dogs and people while on a leash. Adia helped me understand what my girl was trying to say and how to work on correcting the behavior. All of this time I thought my dog was aggressive and she really isn’t! She’s curious, gets excited but also wants to give me a sign that she sees something. We’re still working on it because it takes time but I wish y’all could see how far we’ve come! We’ve also been working on not jumping on people when they come to the house (who wants a large German Shepherd jumping on them??? NO ONE!!). I’ve had multiple guests visit us and have taken note on how much better she has gotten. It’s also a LOT less embarrassing... oh and BTW, Im not sure if it’s Adia or me that is more excited in my girls progress! She is truly passionate about her work and it shows! I highly recommend Woof Houze and we couldn’t be happier!
