You were never a customer you were considered to become a team member. Because we have a fee to learn under us if you don’t stay with the company what is the problem with that? Why do people feel that going onto a public platform and trying to tarnish the name of a good hard-working business and think that’s OK? No one ever made you to feel bad about anything and we have complete proof which we will post here. You stated you had a concern that you would not be able to pay $3500. This fee is ONLY If you did not stay with the company after we trained you fully to become a Canine Coach. So we’re supposed to pass all of our knowledge, skills and experiences on to you, allowing you to shadow and learn then you go off and open your own business?? That makes no sense and what was stated to you is it’s a shame that you were already discounting yourself by saying you cannot pay $3500. Which means that it’s a shame that you already feel that you won’t follow through with your obligation to us after you complete the training to become a canine coach. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to make people think that we are something that we are not. We do great work in our community and the results show. You never even sat down with anyone from Woof Houze to see what additional options we offered. You responded to an email and said you can’t pay the fee we responded it’s a shame that you think that way we wish you the best. And then you come and leave a negative one star review what did we ever do to you? Nothing, we tried to welcome you with open arms when other people wouldn’t and give you a shot in this industry. good luck, Samantha

We are so thrilled to be a part of your family. Diesel’s growth and your bond is nothing short of amazing. From a scared, confused and shut down pup to a more confident love bug. You invested the time, work and patience needed to give him space and trust his environment. Thank you Helen for allowing us to lead and educate you to embrace Diesel’s nature. His obedience is top notch all done with no ecollar or shocking, no fear or aversive methods and no pain. Thank you for believing in our methods. We’ll see you soon at the Houze!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with our team at Woof Houze. We are sorry that you feel that your time with us was dreadful. But based off of your treatment towards our staff, which was threatening and very aggressive. Our policy states we do not tolerate that behavior in making our staff feel comfortable when it comes to our services. We keep very documented and detailed notes and videos of our training sessions, and we would love to share them publicly if we could showing that your dog did exceptionally well our, especially Adia. But you the parent did not go home and follow through with the work. We were there for you every step of the way contacting you via text and email to check in on your dog to make sure that you didn’t eat anything at all. You NEVER checked in in between session. You became highly upset when your mother showed up for unplanned and unscheduled play visit because you did not do what we told you to do. She then threatened our staff member and became highly aggressive, which we then told her that you guys were not able to enter the building. Our experience with the BBB was that the solution was your dog could complete the training, but you were not able to enter the building. We offered to record the sessions and send you the findings of the session, but you then denied and said you want someone in the building with her. It made no sense because you were willing to drop her off for our all day play time without you but you didn’t want to finish the sessions without being in the building. We went above and beyond for your family and it saddens us that people such as yourself can go onto a public platform such as this and try to ruin our reputation because you did not do your job when it came to training your dog. Bark on and we wish you the best.

What more can we say than thank you! Your family is Amazing! We had so much fun working together. Barley is such a great pup! We can’t wait to see you again soon.
