All I will say is that by reading all of these amazing reviews I assumed my experience would be just as great. It was not. Two stars instead of one because I do believe my dog was treated well while he was there. There was absolutely no follow up support. Even when I reached out with concerns that my dog was struggling in the first week he was home. I got a response, but they did not check in after that at all. No home visit like promised. I was contacted one time in the months following to attend a training at Lowe’s but could not make it due to work. Disappointed to say the least.

Sue did a fantastic job training our girl, Bodhi, during her board and train stay at Woofin’ Good Time. It was so nice to get regular updates with pictures and videos of her progress. Sue gave us the insight and tips we need to continue training Bodhi now that she’s back home. Thank you Sue and Sheril for a great experience!
