Working Dog Training Company

We have been with WDTCo since my doberman has been 6 months old. He is as of today 2. Between board and train, private lessons and club, this company is more like family now. They have dropped everything to accommodate any issues or behavior we wanted corrected. Kaylon, Katie and Lucas are a great team offering many different options. We started with board and train with obedience and introduction to bitework at 6 months old. They know how to build a dog the right way. I have sent a few people to them and will continue to do so. I searched Michigan for the best trainer and program and came across Kaylon, most trainers wanted to build my dog and hand me off a fully trained dog but I wasn’t any part of the training, Kaylon developed a program for me to learn alongside Remy. So weekly we’d meet up and I’d learn what he was learning and they are patient! Fast forward to now, we have a pretty custom program where I can still learn and help Remy grow in his sport and high level obedience. I CANNOT recommend this company enough! The people truly care about your success as well as your dogs health. You will not have to worry about your family member while in their care. I’ve heard too many stories about people getting their dogs back from trainers and they’ve abused them, you WILL NOT have issues like that with these guys! They love your animals and want your life and your goals with your dog to be reachable. All dog sizes too! Cannot say enough about this group of people! Thank you for being such a pivotal role in our lives, you are truly the best of the best!

Kaylon worked with our girl Molly for a 30 day Board and Train several years ago when she was experiencing some difficulty. He worked on building her confidence and exposure to different stimuli. Molly continues to go back for boarding when we are away on vacations. I am always confident that she is well taken care of by someone who can handle her “spicy nature”. She loves going as well, as she seems to know the route and gets very excited as we start getting close to the house. Thank you Kaylon for supporting Molly and our family!

I met Kaylon way back in October of 21' randomly and we chit chatted which lead to me doing scent work with my SD labradoodle Blackhawk ,foster Doberman Diesel and then my GSD Valek couple times a week with em .(check em out on his FB page) He also came and did couple fun Scent seminars at my training facility which was a huge hit with my veterans and Service dogs. Kaylon has become a very good friend of mine who i think highly of and would trust him with any dog. Chase him down he will def. take care of you and your pups. Shhhhh tell em Michele sent ya :)
